Chris has spent years playing professionally, as well as managing all aspects of the sport from breeding programmes to unifying and inspiring his teams. He is passionate about backing and training and aims to produce quality, well-rounded polo ponies.

Martin joined us in 2019 with a wealth of experience in horse management.

Calm and quiet, Martin has an exceptional way with the horses and works tirelessly behind the scenes to allow our ponies to realise their full potential.

QUEEN B

Betsy was adopted in April 2018 – she had been saved by Rescue Remedies and was looking for her forever home. After lots of TLC and some hearty meals, her true personality began to shine – she loved food, she loved a nap and she wouldn’t be caught dead going for a walk.

GENERAL DOGSBODY

Titan, the blue Staffordshire bull terrier, was well known on the English polo circuit. When he wasn’t patrolling the pony lines, he could be found snuffling around the yard or out on set with the ponies. He had an obsession with balls (polo or otherwise) and would even bark at light fittings if he found them spherically pleasing. His exploits were well documented on his own Instagram account.
